Other AbstractThe present paper is a continuation of the author s former part Ⅰ, The aim of this paper is to discuss the trapped electron effects on the formation and characteristics of the ion acoustic solitary waves in the magnetized plasma of solar wind. By using the analytical method the exact Solutions for the perturbed electric potential are obtained. The results show that although our present cases conform to the conclusions in that the waves propagate approximately perdendicular to the magnetic field, the wave amplitude is very small compared to the wave width. Thus this kind of acoustic wave is generally difficult to observe by satellites. This result also proves that the low frequency nonlinear ion acoustic waves may be very complicated and probably consist of various possible soliton or multi一solitons. Generally, it is difficult to study the nonlinear ion acoustic waves in the solar wind by purely analysing the observation data.
