Abstract空间天气学是监测、研究和预报地表20-30km之上的日地空间环境中会给地面和空间的技术系统和人类健康带来严重损害的天气条件的变化规律,为人类生存和发展服务的多学科交叉的新学科,它的建立和发展涉及空间天气监测,空间天气变化规律研究,空间天气预防;空间天气服务以及空间天气的技术支撑系统.解决这些问题的关键是空间天气研究应成为一种国家行为.
Other AbstractCenter for Space Science and Applied Research,Lab of Space Weather, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 100080 Space Weather is a new multi-interdisciplinary fields of science dedicated to the monitoring, studying and fore-casting of the condition variations in the space environment that can influence the performance and reliability of space-borne and ground-borne technological systems and can en-danger human life or health .Its establishment and devel-opment concern the five fundamental factors:monitoring, researching, forecasting, serving and technological support system of space weather.
