Abstract根据行星际Alfven湍流是由动力论Alfven波集合形成的模型理论.将行星际Alfven湍流分为三个区域:湍流耗散区,二次激发区和湍流惯性区.并对各区湍流谱的特性分给出解释.由动力论Alfven波的二次激发和衰减,解释了太阳风高速流质子温度高于电子的事实.
Other AbstractWhen the velocity of the solar wind is accelerated to Alfven speed,Landau damping of original kinetic Alfven waves subspends and the kinetic A1fven wave is excited second time.1 e velocity of propagation of newly excited A1fven wavl~ with the wind is U+,the velocity of propaga tion against the wind is U-ua,the former suffers Landau damping and the latter gives Z mode and has no damping.nle interplanetary Alfvenic turbulence is divided into three regions:dismpafive region of turbu-lence(R<0.2AU).re-exciting region(0.2AUO.4AU),and an explanation of the turbulence spectrum features in differem region is given.Based on the re-exciting and damping of the kinetic Alfven wave,the fact of lu~aer temperature of proton in lligh speed stream ofthe solar wind is explained in this paper
