星载商用塑封器件存在的问题及其对策

Abstract商用塑封器件由于具有性能高,体积小,功耗低和成本低的优势,在空间领域应用已成为一种趋势.本文分析了商用塑封器件用于航天器的趋势,存在的问题以及要遭遇的空间环境及空间效应:热环境和辐射环境,总剂量效应,单粒子效应和充放电效应,针对其空间适应性提出了防护和对策,并给出了相应的测试结果.
Other AbstractPlastic Encap sulated Microcircuits(PEMs) have been used gradually in military and space appli-canons in order to meet the high performance needs of space systems. The advantage of using PEMs is the increased f unctio nality,the speed of the instrument,smaller size,less power consuming and lower cost compared to the space Rad-Hard components. This paper analyses the problems and risks of PEMs compo-nents in space application,discusses the space environment where PEMs work,the thermal and radiation environment,and the radiation effect,To tal Io nizing Do se(Tm),Single Event Effect(SEE) and Electro-static Discharge(ESD).Through the several measures such as screening,redundant design and radiation-hardened design,PEMs can be used to meet the requirements of high performance for spacecraft.Some ex-periment results are given.
