Abstract为了更好地探测空间等离子体成分,研究了一种基于飞行时间法的纳秒量级时间间隔测量系统,分别介绍了该系统的三个组成部分CPU模块、时间间隔测量模块、数据传输模块。并着重研究了纳秒量级时间间隔的测量方法,详细介绍了主要时间间隔测量芯片TDC—GP1。并对数据传输模:央的设计做了简要说明。实验结果表明,该测量系统的性能可满足探测需求。
Other AbstractTo better explore the space plasma composition ,measurement system of nanosecond time interval based on the time of flight is studied. The main module for CPU ,time interval measurement and data transmission in this system are int roduced in this paper. The measurement method of nanosecond time interval ,the chip of TDC-GP1 are int raduced in a detail. The firmware and drivers of data t ransmission module are given as well. The result of experiment show that the measurement system could meet the demands for space exploration.
