Abstract首先讨论了星载电子设备有限元建模技术,包括机箱、电路板、元器件模型以及单元细化准则;然后进行模态分析,通过有效模态质量来确定提取模态数;最后进行随机振动响应分析,得到了整机的加速度均方根值分布云图和电路板上某点的加速度功率谱密度,与试验结果基本一致。
Other AbstractThe method of establishing finite element model of spaceborne electronic equipment is discussed.Then an effective modal mass fraction is obtained by modal analysis and the mode number is determined.Finally,random vibration of electronic equipment is analyzed,the acceleration root mean square distribution chart of equipment and the acceleration power spectrum density of a certain test point is obtained.The simulation results accord with the test result.
