Abstract本发明涉及一种高面形反射镜微应力固定装置,包括反射镜和固定座;其中,反射镜包括反射面、固定端,固定端成圆柱形凸台状,其直径小于反射面的直径,在反射面与固定端的结合处还开有环周向减应力槽;固定座包括底部与上部,底部成片状,用于与外部的仪器固定连接,上部成筒形,用于连接反射镜,其中上部的内径与反射镜的固定端的外径紧密配合,筒形上部的腰带位置处开有多个在同一圆环上的、均匀排布的注胶孔。
