Abstract本发明提供了一种宽量程微电流对数检测装置,该装置用于实现10-12A~10-6A微弱电流的对数快速检测,其特征在于,所述装置包含:依次串联连接的滤波电路、对数变换电路、零点补偿电路和斜率补偿电路,其中,所述滤波电路的输入端为该宽量程微电流对数检测装置的输入端,用于输入待测的微电流;所述对数变换电路将微电流对数转化为电压信号;所述斜率补偿电路的输出端为该宽量程微电流对数检测装置的输出端,用于输出经过上述电路的微电流转换成的电压信号。本发明采用结型场效应管、静电计放大器、零点补偿电路、斜率补偿电路和输出钳位电路等,无需量程机械切换装置,只需调整相应零点电位和放大倍数,即可实现10-12A~10-6A微弱电流的对数快速检测。
