Abstract本发明提供一种小型化低功耗的低能离子探测器,该探测器包含传感器和与传感器输出端相连的电路系统部分,其特征在于:所述传感器为2个,且每个传感器均包含:一180°偏转电极、一90°~120°柱形静电分析器和一电子倍增器;其中,所述偏转电极实现极角方向的视场为180°;所述偏转电极、柱形静电分析器和电子倍增器依次串联,形成一中空的“U”形通路;所述两个传感器相向套合设置,用于实现两个180度偏转电极平行相反布放,进而实现360°扫描范围。所述电路系统包含:两个前置放大器、高压电路和DA转换器、AD转换器、接口电路、电源系统和FPGA单元;所述两个电子倍增器输出的电荷信号分别输入两个前置放大器进行放大,FPGA单元进行计数,完成离子探测。
