Abstract本发明提供一种大范围线性可调高精度的高压电路,该电路主要包括:变压器、倍压整流电路、反馈电路、积分调节器和开关电路,其特征在于,所述高压电路还包含:线性稳压器电路;开关电路的两个输入端接两路MOSFET的控制信号,其输出端与所述变压器的初级线圈两端相连;积分调节器的正端接高压设定信号,其中该信号为高压输出电压的-1/2000;线性稳压器电路的电压调节引脚与积分调节器的输出端相连,其输出端与变压器初级线圈的中间抽头相连,该输出端实现0V到11.25V之间连续电压调节。MOSFET采用IR公司的Logic?Level类型的IRLR120N,其栅极驱动信号直接由外部的FPGA或者单片机等控制电路产生,当外部控制电路不输出栅极驱动信号时,高压电路处于不工作状态,实现对高压输出使能和禁止。
