Abstract

本发明涉及一种换位控制设备,所述换位控制设备包括:控制器,用于产生转角设定值改变的启动信号;角度传感器,用于检测一换位电机带动的转盘角度,并产生转角电压;工位选择器,用于比较所述转角设定值的电压和所述转角电压,并驱动所述换位电机动作。所述工位选择器包括:双稳触发模块,用于根据接收到的启动信号后翻转;电压比较模块,用于比较所述转角设定值的电压和所述转角电压,并产生误差信号;电机驱动模块,用于根据所述误差信号驱动所述换位电机动作。因此,本发明换位控制设备,利用控制器和工位选择器实现了实现多种胶体晶体生长的检测。
