Abstract本发明提供一种时间分辨极弱光多光谱成像系统及方法,属于极弱光多光谱成像领域,所述系统通过触发器触发确保时间分辨性,结合触发器触发技术、压缩传感理论、DLP数字光处理技术、分光技术、光纤耦合技术和单光子计数器线性阵列探测技术,实现对极弱光对象的多光谱高分辨率的二维彩色成像。该系统由极弱光光源或自发光生物、触发器、滤光片、光学成像系统、DMD微镜阵列、光学聚焦收集系统、分光光度计、由若干对于不同波长的单光子计数器组成的单光子计数器线阵、驱动控制模块和最优化算法模块构成,灵敏度可达单光子水平,可广泛应用于生物自发光检测、医疗成像、数据采集、通信、天文、军事、超光谱成像、量子测量等领域。
