Abstract本发明提供一种时间分辨单光子计数成像系统及方法,属于极弱光探测技术领域,通过触发器2触发开始采样,每隔t时间间隔集中采样,在该间隔有进光就开始测量计数,从而实现对极弱光对象的时间分辨,生成时间序列图像。成像主要基于压缩传感(Compressive?Sensing,简称CS)理论,利用数字微镜器件(DigitalMicromirror?Device,简称DMD5)对可压缩的二维图像进行线性随机投影,经光学调制后用单光子计数器同步探测,仅需少量采样便可实现高分辨率的极弱光图像重建,其测量过程是线性的、非自适应的,而重建过程是非线性的,有更好的通用性、健壮性、可扩展性、叠加性和计算非对称性,可广泛应用于生命科学、医疗成像、数据采集、通信、天文、军事、超光谱成像、量子测量等领域。
