Abstract本发明涉及一种用于长期在轨工作的星载SRAM型FPGA的配置方法及系统,该方法,包含:上电步骤,所述FPGA采用延时配置策略避开开机瞬间电源波动导致配置错误;配置过程监测步骤,DSP监测所述FPGA的配置情况的,当监测到FPGA配置正常完成后,则DSP通知所述FPGA进入正常测量状态;如果监测到所述FPGA配置未能按时完成,则启动在线重配置的步骤;重配置的步骤为:在不断电的情况下所述DSP控制对所述FPGA的配置复位引脚施加一个大于300ns的低电平脉冲,之后FPGA自行完成配置过程;正常工作过程监测步骤,正常工作过程中DSP定期监测FPGA配置是否正确,如发现FPGA配置错误,则DSP启动FPGA在线重配置;定期重配置步骤,所述FPGA采用三模冗余设计,配合定期重配置以提高FPGA的可靠性。
