Abstract本发明涉及一种加载分形结构的亚毫米波频率选择表面,具有双频带通特性,其第一中心工作频率为424GHz,3dB工作频带为387-452GHz;第二中心工作频率为556GHz,3dB工作频带为538-593GHz;该器件由多重周期谐振单元组成的阵列实现,每个周期谐振单元在中央位置开有“Y”形三臂缝隙,且围绕“Y”形缝隙每隔120°加载一个三臂分形缝隙的图案;该频率选择表面包括第一硅材料层、第一金属层、第二硅材料层、第二金属层以及第三硅材料层,五层结构级联,相邻层之间紧密贴合。
