Abstract本发明公开了一种极化稳定的毫米波频率选择表面,包括有多行,每一行包括多个周期单元;各行中的周期单元以相同的方式放置,行与行之间的周期单元交错排布,任一周期单元与其所在行的相邻行的紧邻的两个周期单元成60°排布;周期单元成正方形,包括金属层与硅材料层,金属层覆盖于所述硅材料层的上方;金属层的厚度在3-10um之间,硅材料层的厚度在550-650um之间;金属层整体成平板型,其中央位置开有“工”字形的缝隙,所述缝隙包括三个区域,中间区域与上下两侧的两个区域;这两个区域大小相等,形状相同,位置相对于中间区域严格对称;金属层采用镀金材料实现;硅材料层采用熔融石英制成。
