Abstract本发明公开了一种424GHz准光学频率选择表面,包括有多行,每一行包括多个周期单元;各行中的周期单元以相同的方式放置,行与行之间的周期单元交错排布,任一周期单元与其所在行的相邻行的紧邻的两个周期单元成60°排布;周期单元成正方形,其边长在160-180um之间,包括金属层与硅材料层,金属层覆盖于硅材料层的上方;金属层的厚度在4-12um之间,硅材料层的厚度在350-420um之间;金属层整体成平板型,包括单个偶极子与两个圆形孔径,偶极子成槽型,位于金属层的中心位置;两个圆形孔径分别位于所述偶极子的两侧;硅材料层整体成平板型,采用纯硅材料制成,其相对介电常数在11以上,损耗角正切10-5-10-4。
