Abstract本发明涉及一种用于微波辐射计的偏置电路及包括该偏置电路的温度补偿低频放大电路,在该偏置电路中,电阻R3的一端连接电源,另一端连接稳压二极管VD2的阴极,稳压二极管VD2的阳极接地,电源、电阻R3和稳压二极管VD2构成电流回路;电容C3和电容C4相串联,构成串联电路,该串联电路再并联到稳压二极管VD2的两端;电阻R4的一端连接稳压二极管VD2的阴极,电阻R4的另一端连接热敏电阻,热敏电阻的另一端接地,电阻R4与热敏电阻构成串联电路,该串联电路并联到所述稳压二极管VD2的两端。该偏置电路能够补偿小信号检波电路因温度变化而造成的输出电压变化,具有较好的温控作用,减小了外界温度对放大电路的影响。
