Other AbstractFully polarimetric radiometers key component is the complex correlator.An additive analog complex correlator is represented in this paper.The phase-shifting network constituted by hybrid coupler is used to adjust the electromagnetic phase to a specific state in IF,and all Stokes parameters are obtained by using the additive thought.Both distributed and lumped parameters of phase-shift networks are developed respectively,their measurement and comparison are performed too.At last,the overall test for the additive analog complex correlator is presented,and the ability of the phase inversion under the condition of noise source measurement is discussed.The performed and results show that the additive analog complex correlator has a good performance in polarization measurement
