Abstract方箱机座是空空冷异步电动机所用焊接机座的一种典型结构形式,被广泛应用在大中型电动机产品中。在有限元分析的基础上,以中心高为450 mm的典型方箱机座为例进行了详细的分析,改进了该方箱机座的结构模式,相对于结构优化前减重10%左右。该方法也为类似结构的方箱机座结构优化设计提供了参考。
Other AbstractThe square frame is a typical form of weld frame which is used in air to air cooling asynchronous motor,is widely used in large and medium motor products.Based on the finite element analysis,a typical square frame with centre height 450mm is analyzed in detail,its structure is modified and improved,and the weight of the square frame is decreased about 10%.And the method can be used in optimization design of similar square frame.
