Abstract本发明提供了一种用于超压气球的形变检测装置及其方法,包括:真空罐、抛球模块、成像模块和数据处理模块;所述的形变检测装置通过在真空罐内设置抛球模块,将超压气球抛至空中,使超压气球向上运动至成像模块的视场范围内进行拍照检测,克服了利用现有的球体检测技术在检测易变形的气球时,由于受检测设备的影响而产生二次形变误差,从而降低了检测精度的技术问题;从而实现在无支撑物或固定物、以及大气等外界因素的影响下,对超压气球形变参数的高精度检测。
