Abstract本发明提供了一种用于航天器表面带电效应的监测装置,包括:驱动模块、电位传感器、模拟信号处理电路和数字信号处理电路;该监测装置采用电路的闭环设计,当系统出现非线性失真时,电位传感器输出端的非线性失真与其输入端的波形叠加,则净输入信号经过放大后与非线性失真抵消,能够有效提高装置的线性度与稳定性,同时提高了探测精度。另外,所述电位传感器的体积小、重量轻,能够搭载到航天器内部各个位置进行全面的表面电位监测,并且采用非接触式测量,使得电位传感器不与航天器的被测表面接触,不会对被测表面的电荷测量产生影响。
