Abstract空间辐射环境是影响COTS(Commercial-off-the-shelf)器件的主要空间环境要素之一。通过分析空间辐射环境的主要来源,研究了空间辐射环境诱发的辐射效应,主要包括单粒子效应、总剂量效应、位移损伤效应等,提出了针对关键COTS器件的抗辐照的防护措施。
Other AbstractThe space radiation environment is one of the main environment factors disturbing COTS components. The main source of the space radiation environment is analyzed. The space radiation effects caused by space radiation environment are researched, including single event effect, total ionizing dose, displacement damage effect and so on. Several of protective measures to protect main COTS components from the space radiation effect are mentioned in the last.
