Abstract | In this paper, we introduce our recent experiment for ground moving train imaging by a Ka-band dual-channel radar of 2GHz bandwidth. High resolution images of two receiving channels as well as along-track interferometric-phase image are obtained. Both radial velocity and azimuth velocity of the train are estimated from the images. From the interferometric phase along the train body we have observed a very interesting micro-motion phenomenon existing in each coach when the train is moving ahead. The results indicate that interferometric phases can be used to detect the micro-motion of target. © 2016 IEEE. |
