AbstractThe Strategic Pioneer Program on Space Science (SPPSS) was approved by Chinese Academy of Sciences on January 2011. The first satellite in the program, Dark Matter Particle Explorer, was launched on December 2015. Public Operation Service system is designed to provide scheduling and planning services for all the satellite missions related to SPPSS. The system requirements are analyzed, and the layout of it is detailed introduced in this paper.
