Abstract | FY3 microwave humidity sounder (MHS) antenna has the specialties: high gain, low noise, high beam efficiency, high frequency. Offset parabolic apertures with conical corrugated horns are selected for these antennas. The working frequencies of the antenna are 89,118,166GHz and 183GHz separately. Separation of the frequency is carried out by polarization grids. Great challenges are brought about with the stringent demand for the FY3MHS antenna. The analysis and design of this antenna need intercross knowledge of the electromagnetic theory, mechanics, measurements, thermal, orbit knowledge etal. © 2019 IEEE. |
