Abstract | Images retrieved from the passive millimeter-wave synthetic aperture interferometric radiometer (SAIR) with small satellites formation suffer from the artifacts due to the very sparse sampling data in the u-v plane. To reduce the artifacts, we firstly propose a UV-interpolation method to obtain more data with accurate amplitude and phase values in u-v plane; and secondly propose the local CLEAN method to keep the object structure in the spatial domain. Experimental results show that the proposed method can reconstruct the ground object with higher accuracy. |
