CPT原子磁力仪的光源系统设计与实现

Abstract基于CPT原子磁力仪的应用需求,本文介绍了VCSEL的驱动控制原理,设计了一种高性能的VCSEL激光驱动控制系统。恒流源驱动电路输出稳定、性能优越,全温度范围内的稳定精度优于0.006%。温控电路以TEC控制器ADN8831为核心,具有集成度高、功耗低、调节方便等特点,温控精度优于0.01 。 测试表明激光光源系统的输出波长为795nm,稳定度优于0.005nm,输出功率为360uW,充分满足CPT原子磁力仪的光源需求。
