高精度VCSEL激光器自动温控系统设计

Abstract基于VCSEL激光器的应用需求,本文设计了一种高性能、高精度的自动温度控制系统。本文介绍了基于TEC的温控原理,讨论了以TEC控制器ADN8831为核心的温控系统电路设计,并结合实际对VCSEL激光器在温控条件下的工作状态和温控性能进行了测试。测试结果表明:激光器在温控条件下工作状态正常,性能稳定;所设计的自动温控系统控制精度高,优于0.01°C,响应速度快,完全满足VCSEL激光器的温控需求。
